Ideal Custom Flooring did an excellent job with communication and installation and the flooring is holding up nicely Robbie M. 06/10/2018 My experience with Ideal Custom Flooring: I wanted to replace my first level, that had 3 disparate floor types, with all new hardwood flooring. I spent two years research hardwood floors and contractors to install. I found ICF through recommendations on the Nextdoor Neighbor app. After my initial connect, I took an additional 7-ish months to decide on the floor, asking countless questions, and taking countless wood samples home. I had so many positive experiences with Ideal Custom Floors that I could write pages and pages! Everyone (Take a bow, Bryan and Mike!!) was patient with me as I visited the showroom week after week, taking so many samples home to agonize over!! Once I finally made my 2-year in the making decision, the installers were amazing! Shawn and Arron treated my home like their own! The percision cuts of the wood around the rock fireplace amazed me and they were beyond accommodating to how I wanted the wood pattern installed! Everyone was amazing to work with and the craftsmanship of the install beyond thrilled me! I would absolutely work with everyone again (not so sure they'd want to work with meeee again, Ha!) and I really valued the professionalism and ease of process!
